The Department is equipped with:
All imaging equipment is digital and undergoes regular quality assurance testing by a qualified Medical Physics and Radiation Protection Expert. These routine quality control procedures ensure the reliable operation of the equipment and the performance of examinations with optimal image quality while maintaining the lowest possible radiation dose, in accordance with international standards and the requirements of the relevant regulatory authorities.
The Radiology Department is supported by experienced administrative staff, highly trained Radiologic Technologists, and Consultant Radiologists, ensuring the prompt and professional performance of all imaging examinations, as well as the timely and accurate interpretation and reporting of results.
The Hospital also operates one of the most advanced and reliable Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), which has recently been upgraded and is fully integrated with all imaging equipment in the Radiology Department.
In addition to storing medical images, the PACS securely archives the corresponding radiology reports, ensuring the comprehensive, efficient, and secure management of each patient's imaging records.
