On Wednesday, November 12th, our surgeon, Dr. Marios Pedonomou, together with his surgical team, successfully performed another laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy for the treatment of morbid obesity in a female patient with a Body Mass Index of 52.
This procedure marks the 500th operation in Dr. Pedonomou’s career and represents a significant milestone for both him personally and for the advancement of Bariatric Surgery in Cyprus.
