It has been widely used around the world for more than 30 years. MDT is a philosophy of active patient involvement and education that is trusted and used by clinicians and patients around the world to treat spine and peripheral joint problems.<\/p><p><strong>Electrotherapy:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Electrotherapy is an important factor for physical therapy in the area of \u200b\u200banalgesia-strengthening. Electric currents penetrate the skin and treat (analgesic currents) or enhance (stimulation currents) muscle tone in atrophic muscles (of different etiology) in muscle atrophies, using special electrodes of various dimensions.<\/p><p><strong>Therapeutic exercise<\/strong>\u00a0: Therapeutic exercise is a targeted physical exercise program with the aim of improving deficits as well as the general physical condition of the patient. Therapeutic exercise is aimed at people in the final stage of recovery after illness or injury, as well as the general population and is applied through personalized programs under the guidance and strict supervision of a trainer and physical therapist.<\/p><p><strong>Functional bandage\u00a0<\/strong><strong>kinesio<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>taping<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0It is a new technique in the physiotherapy area, which has an effect on the fascia of the muscle, and it is a technique based on the normal human healing process.\u00a0Its name is borrowed from the science of kinesiology, because its method of application allows the body to move normally. Kinesioperidesis is used to cover three of the most basic areas of physical therapy, which are: prevention, protection of injured tissues and treatment of soft tissues.<\/p><p><strong>Acupuncture\u00a0<\/strong>: It is a comprehensive and complex therapeutic technique, which is based on the painless placement of needles in clearly defined points of the skin. Acupuncture aims to correct imbalances in the flow of Chi by stimulating anatomical areas above or below the skin known as acupuncture points, most of which are connected to channels known as \"meridians\".<\/p><p><strong>Therapeutic Massage<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0Therapeutic Massage is an essential tool in the hands of the Physiotherapist, whose main objective is to increase blood circulation and relax the muscular system.\u00a0Massage stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system creating a sense of calm and relaxation. It relieves muscle pain, stimulates the immune system (stimulating the circulation of the lymphatic fluid that removes toxins from our body), strengthens the breathing function and fights physical fatigue.<\/p><p><strong>Pre-operative physical therapy:<\/strong>\u00a0Pre-operative physical therapy is very important for the subsequent course of the patient. Research results have shown that patients who did physical therapy before an operation had easier post-operative recovery and better results. With pre-operative physical therapy, we can achieve the preservation of muscle tone, the reduction of pain in the area and teaching the patient how to deal with his condition, so that he can more easily overcome the post-operative period. Pre-operatively, the role of the physical therapist is to inform the patient about the rehabilitation program that he should follow postoperatively, but also to train him in exercises that he should perform postoperatively. An essential part of informing the patient is the reference to the complications and symptoms to which he must pay attention post-operatively. According to a review (Coudeyre et al, 2007), preoperative physical therapy with exercises, combined with appropriate patient education and information is important and should not be neglected, as it has been shown to contribute to the reduction of postoperative hospitalization time and to the modification of condition of the patient at discharge.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"footer\" class=\"container_wrap footer_color\"><div class=\"container\"><div
